E' il Palazzo voluto dai Conti Antonini in testata del Borgo Grazzano che si apriva ad ampie campagne fuori le Mura. Successivamente ceduto ai Conti Mangilli subì ampliamenti più che modificazioni. Gli arricchimenti ( a volte stravaganti ) avvennero dopo il 1924 quando il Palazzo divenne di proprietà di Del Torso, ricco ed eclettico.
